I know you’ve heard it a thousand times before. But it’s true — hard work pays off. If you want to be good, you have to practice, practice, practice.
~ Ray Bradbury
The following video inspired me to write today. It makes several points that reflect what I have written in my book “One Habit At A Time”. For one – if you want to be successful at something, you must practice, over and over again, the actions it takes to succeed until these actions become habitual. The fool-proof, habit development method which I reveal in my book is designed specifically for the purpose of following through, repeatedly, with constructive action. In other words, this method ensures that you practice the habits you wish to develop. With that said, please watch the video now and see how it demonstrates the power of practice.
